We do not:

- pay out winnings of any kind.
Any reference to match insights, risk levels, research lists, or reference codes is for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid Premium subscription. Subscription fees, duration, and benefits are shown on the Premium page at the time of purchase. The current Premium Plan is offered at GHC 40 for 30 days, subject to change with notice on the Platform.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Successful payment grants access for the stated subscription period, subject to these Terms and our Refund Policy.
5. No Guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or results of any insight, research list, or related content. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information on the Platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Platform or attempt unauthorised access;
- copy, resell, or redistribute Premium content without permission;
- use the Platform for unlawful activity; or
- misrepresent the Platform as a bookmaking or wagering service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Kevaldo Sports Hub / Bestk Sports Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content provided, including financial losses.
9. Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
