This Refund Policy applies to Premium subscriptions purchased on Bestk Sports Hub, operated by Kevaldo Sports Hub.
1. Nature of the Purchase
Premium is a paid digital subscription that unlocks access to digital sports analysis content and related features for a defined period (currently GHC 40 for 30 days). It is not a wager, stake, or betting product.
2. General Rule
Because Premium provides immediate access to digital content, all sales are generally final once access has been activated.
3. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund or account credit in limited cases, such as:
- duplicate payment for the same subscription period;
- confirmed technical failure preventing access after successful payment;
- payment taken in error where Premium access was not granted.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind after access has been granted;
- dissatisfaction with match outcomes or analysis performance;
- failure to use the subscription during the active period;
- loss resulting from decisions made using Platform content.
5. How to Request a Review
Email bestkdatahouse@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date and include:
- registered account email;
- payment reference / transaction ID;
- date and amount paid;
- brief description of the issue.
We will review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
6. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment channel where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank/mobile-money network.
